Who we help
Agencies adding DDD services
You run a home care agency in New Jersey and want to add community-based supports, individual supports, respite, or transportation.
Owners preparing for CAHC accreditation
You need your evidence organized and your gaps identified before a survey.
Founders starting an agency
You are a nurse, healthcare professional, or entrepreneur who wants a clear view of the requirements, costs, and steps before you commit.
What we help with
NJ DDD application support
We confirm which requirements apply to your services, identify what is missing, and prepare the agreed application materials for your review and submission.
DDD startup and expansion
Application support plus a service-specific implementation plan, operating documents, owner training, and a readiness review.
Home care startup advisory
Requirements mapping, registration coordination, launch planning, and document organization, with referrals to legal and tax professionals where needed.
CAHC accreditation preparation
A readiness review, a gap list, and organized evidence so your team knows what to fix before the survey.
Agency branding and websites
Logo design, brand identity, and a professional website built for home care and DDD agencies, plus the referral materials you need to start building relationships.
Each engagement is scoped after an assessment.
Our Experience
Advice from people who have done the work
Cedaris was founded by an agency owner, not a career consultant. Our founder has operated two agencies providing community-based supports, individual supports, respite, and transportation, and has taken an agency through each stage of getting started and staying compliant.
What we have handled firsthand
Business formation
New Jersey business registration, from forming the entity to getting the paperwork in order.
NJ DDD provider approval
The provider approval process for DDD services, including the documents and follow-up it requires.
CAHC accreditation
Preparing an agency for Commission on Accreditation for Home Care accreditation and organizing the evidence behind it.
What that means for you
You get guidance shaped by real operating decisions: what to do first, what tends to stall, and what you need in place before you apply. We explain it plainly and keep the work organized.
Details of our founder's background and supporting records are shared on the intro call.
Cedaris is an advisory firm. We are not a licensing, approving, or accrediting body, and we do not guarantee approval or accreditation outcomes.

A written roadmap: your goal, current position, recommended pathway, sequence of work, and next three actions.
A responsibility checklist: each task with an owner, required input, due date, and what completion looks like.
An implementation proposal: the scope, schedule, and fixed fee for the work ahead, or a provisional scope if key information is still missing.
Included
- A short questionnaire before the session
- One 75-minute virtual session on Google Meet
- Review of up to five relevant documents (up to 50 pages)
- One round of factual corrections and a 15-minute follow-up call
If you go ahead with an implementation engagement within 30 days of receiving your report, the $350 is credited toward it.
The assessment covers one entity, one location, and one primary service pathway. It is not a compliance audit, an application-writing engagement, or legal advice.
